Hey Mr Le Flair, just wanted to say thank you for doing these videos. I especially appreciate how you mention the things you should learn beforehand with the critical path analysis and all. It makes everything a lot easier to learn, rather than being chucked in the deep end in all things. Thanks again.

Sweet, I learned this pretty quick. But my area-below-the-butt is kinda sore, haha. The biggest thing for me was the chest-straight-and back bit. That helped a load. Definitely the biggest problem for me. Jesse, I'm really most impressed by how you know all the common mistakes and how to fix them.

Lazy vault was the first parkour move I ever learned, actually. Never saw a tutorial, just saw a fella do it. And I just kinda found the technique myself.

hey Jesse, could you do a wall spin and a front handspring tutorial please? I'm close with the front handspring, and too scared to do a wall spin. Those two are the moves that probably gice me the most difficulty, besides flips.
@gd46h212 жыл бұрын
Hey jesse can you try to find some good parkour spots more towards westminster because pretty much all of your current parkour spots are too far for me to travel and to get to the closer ones like yorba linda I have to travel through bad parts of town.
@JonathanR214212 жыл бұрын
It can, only if you fall onto the rail though. If that happens, you might fall back. Make sure your arms brings you in nicely and you have a lot of rotating spin, it will be really smooth. Maybe not the first time, it's pretty easy to get the hang of though.
@Darkeiser.712 жыл бұрын
Jesse, you should have a conditioning tutorial or conditioning routine video. I will support one of those on the near future.

@33BRR12 жыл бұрын
First you need to be able to do a normal kong. All you do is get longer and longer objects to kong over. The trick is diving towards the end, you place your hands close to the side you exit on, try to plant your hands near the edge opposite where you jump. Picnic tables are nice places to progress with dive kongs.

Hey Jesse, one quick question- is there any actual use or intent for the Italian Job? I mean, most parkour moves such as vaults or flips have practical applications in real world movement, but I admit, I can't see the use for this except that it looks cool (which it obviously does). Am I missing something? Thanks!
@Leibniz9712 жыл бұрын
If you are a rightie with your hand, should you start with the left hand on like Jesse did?

Jesse I was wondering if you may know of any decent or semi good places to parkour in utah. Me and my friends have a parkour group in murray utah we are 16 and our parkour group is The Urban Wolf Pack. We wanted to know if you know, is there any spots in utah that you know of?

crazy how im coming back to this video when i saw it first released. how close are we to 1 million followers by may 2018?
@Skull1113712 жыл бұрын
Well if you can do vaults and such then clearly you are capable of at least some things, however, being in shape certainly makes everything easier and more things possible.
@Shaowolf11 жыл бұрын
What helped with me is to swing my right arm into the spin so i get enough momentum. When i discovered that i very rapidly mastered this move

No most people don't think that. Mastering something means it is perfected as much as possible basically. You know the movement in and out, can utilise it whenever without having to think or hesitate. Not many people consider getting something on your first try as having mastered it. Doing it on your first try would generally be considered as simply beginner's luck. Anywho it doesn't matter. Just keep on training :P
