Italian Meatballs Easy Recipe (ground meat, veal, pork)

2 pounds 80/20 mix ground meat
1 pound ground veal
1 pound ground pork
3 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs. I used Italian flavor
2 tsp basil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning, Mediterranean blend
1 tsp parsley
Mix everything together, roll the mixture into a ball,
My meatballs weigh around 80g each.
Put them in a pre heated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
You can check the temperature, should be around 150 degrees.
After the 20 minute mark. I put them in my sauce. It adds a great flavor
To it.

Cast iron skillet to brown them first,on both sides and then in the oven

II do it all in the oven. If you want you can turn them over half way. Used to do it that way, don’t anymore.
