2 pounds 80/20 mix ground meat
1 pound ground veal
1 pound ground pork
3 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs. I used Italian flavor
2 tsp basil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning, Mediterranean blend
1 tsp parsley
Mix everything together, roll the mixture into a ball,
My meatballs weigh around 80g each.
Put them in a pre heated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
You can check the temperature, should be around 150 degrees.
After the 20 minute mark. I put them in my sauce. It adds a great flavor
