Ed aggiungo.. in tt la costa adriatica sa Trieste in giù fino alle bocche di Cattaro la tradizione gastronomica è prevalentemente veneta cone anche la parlata dei pochi anziani rimasti.. 500 anni di dominio veneto nn si cancellano facilmente.. e qs è STORIA
