Hi Scott. A nice choice the Italian pork roast for a review. It's good you demonstrated cooking it from frozen. Mate, my method is just a bit different to yours. I cook the veggies first and set aside. Then using the veggie water I cook my meat in as the water contains natural salts and minerals. Your roast was perfectly cooked with your method. 👍🤤
