I HAD A 7 POUND PORK BUTT ROAST
I SEASONED MY PORK WITH BAD BYRON'S BUTT RUB AND LAWRY'S SEASONED SALT
I PUT 1 AND 1/2 CUPS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IN THE NINJA FOODi DELUXE
PUT THE ROAST IN THE POT ON THE RACK THAT CAME WITH THE NINJA FOODi
COOK ON HI PRESSURE FOR 1 HOURE
AFTER 1 HOURE DO A QUICK RELEASE AND TAKE THE ROAST OUT OF THE POT AND EMPTY THE LIQUID
PUT THE ROAST BACK IN THE POT AND PUT THE LITTLE POTATOES ON TOP ( ABOUT 1 AND 1/2 POUND OF LITTLE POTATOES )
SET THE NINJA FOODi DELUXE TO BAKE / ROAST FOR 30 MINUTES ( MINE WAS READY IN 26 MINUTES ) OR UNTILL TEMPERATURE IS 145 DEGREES

good video just got the ninja foodi and had half a pork shoulder left from some pulled pork i made, it came out real good👍 🍖 I made a gravy with the drippings rigth on the pot set it to sauté and came out real good with pork and potatoes!

Have you ever just gone straight to air crisp? It really works and You could have ended up with a crispy pork roast and the potatoes would have had great skin. Looks fabulous.

If the meals you make are just for you and your wife why do you use such large portions to make it with? I am just by myself and sure can't follow all of your directions or I would be throwing out half of it.
