Allergic to them shrooms But the res looked great. You need to try t with the marinara, I make basically the same thing and it is good. I think you and me are alike in our love of cast iron. Must be tough out there "Having" to live on that houseboat..lol Great video of a great dish cooked in great cookware.

It is definitely good with marinara then the cheese on top but there is just something about the goodness of the cheese being melted in. Got to love cooking with cast iron, makes everything better.
