Italian Sausage Gnocchi Soup

Күн бұрынToday I’m making Italian sausage gnocchi soup! The soup has delicious veggies and gnocchi / potato dumplings and Italian sausage all in a delicious creamy base serve it up with some garlic crusty bread and you have a delicious meal y’all enjoy ❤️

Ingredients
Few teaspoons cooking oil of choice
1 pound Italian sausage
1 cup chopped onions
2/3 cups sliced carrots
2 celery ribs sliced
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
4 slices cooked chopped bacon
5 cups chicken broth i used 5 cups water with 4 teaspoons knorr chicken bouillon powder
1 16 to 17oz package potato gnocchi
4 oz baby spinach or much as you like
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese

@@CookingWithDonna Ty-he’s recovery he does physical therapy two times a week-Dr.said at least 8weeks to heal-after that he needs back surgery so,gonna be a long road and I’m honestly just trying to hold it all down and I’m a schedule girl so,it’s going ok-Mom is up and down which is the norm.we all just get thru the day and it’s so nice to know you have such a good community here on Y.t everyone is so nice and care about you so much -and I’m definitely on the top of that list lol-gods in control and we trust in him-you made my day by your upload,your a ray of sunshine-love you

His letter he said he loves it just really tired 😴 other than that he misses home cooked meals and just worried about us I told him in a letter to just focus on him we are fine this is why I worry cause he’s always worried about us😢💙
