This is a video I made this summer where I show you the classic Genoese frisceu (pancakes) made with sea lettuce or seaweed.
Ingrediants
25 gr of sea lettuce
500 grams of flour 00
600/700 ml of water
salt a teaspoon
12 grams of yeast
A note: when you prepare the yeast with the water and the oil, try not to let the salt and yeast in contact directly as I show in the video.
