Less than a minute into your video I knew I was going to love this property. I think I may say this every week but this is perfect. I absolutely love dark wood and this has the dark wood doors and beams.. the long dark wood table and chairs. Terracotta floor tiles are beautiful. Those views are out of this world. Love the kitchen. Induction is so much easier to clean & after you get used to it- preferable. Gorgeous light fixtures, floors. Stunning !!! I love simple bathrooms. Appropriate to the house. Love the shutters & paint color.

The house is absolutely stunning! The exterior is immaculately manicured landscaping and the stonework and the arches on the outdoor spaces are exquisite. The interior living area with the fireplace, lovely the primary bedroom with a fireplace are wonderful. The reclaimed wooden doors, are remarkable and the iron work on the windows and throughout the property. The home is meticulously decorated, the neutral colors are calming and cozy. The house is just gorgeous. The other 2 buildings are cute, the barn was delightful with another fireplace (the Italian fireplaces are EVERYTHING we love fireplaces) ...the entire property is breathtaking, we are hooked and appreciate the care each owner puts into maintaining these one of a kind timeless properties...thanks Nick for bringing them to us to enjoy!

Love this place! Great location! Love all the trees...thank you for showing us the baby olives...you are so sweet! The ceilings are really beautiful!! And, as you say, the rooms are all very well proportioned. All round lovely home, in perfect condition. The closets and the AC are a real plus! I think it's a great price, too! Hi Nick, I just wanted to say I love the old locks on the back side of the doors. All are early 19th century farm houses here in the states have the locks mounted to the back side of the doors to, along with a brass key hole mounted to the front.

A lovely home. Love the reclaimed doors throughout the house and the reclaimed terracotta floors. We can see the shine on the terracotta roof tiles as well. The one thing that I thought was off was the remodeled kitchen, but it was beautiful. The views are outstanding, and I like the idea that it is so peaceful. The gardens look very nice as well. The barn, for sure, could be a separate home for guests. I really love this property; it is just gorgeous!

This is another great property! There are so many things to like. I'm partial to the arches on the outside, especially that the middle one is longer and flatter than those on either side. They give the house a certain elegance. I like all of the old wood, but I just wish they had exposed some brick or stone on the walls inside, too. I was surprised that there are five bedrooms (each with its own bathroom!) and none of them are tiny. Nick, you're right about the care and simplicity of the renovations. Very well done. You often mention that the windows have double glazing. Is that not standard in Italy? The video was nicely filmed and the commentary was entertaining as always. I look forward to the next one.
