Good point Chris? holy shite good point. Interesting. One Euro homes are a whole lot more trouble than I wanted to deal with . I bought one in Abruzzo for 25,000 euro that needs no work. A kitchen if I want, a bit of paint, a clean but it's where I wanted to be for now, part time, and it's a close up and leave not a renovation nightmare having to find someone to work with. YIKES 400 homes in that town alone. I have seen a lot of articles and scuttlebutt on that town but never knew 400. So yes who is going to do the work? I find it hard enough to get help in the best of times anywhere and it's slow going. I cannot imagine the predicament they will all find themselves in.
