Ciao Nick, I am not a modern person, but... ya got me with this one, I really do like it. The pool and the grounds are just beautiful. I think for me I would leave the annex as a storage area, I would put dome nice doors on it and leave it as such. I fell off my perch again with the price, I think it's excellent. @italianproperty - neither Nanette nor I are much for contemporary houses. We love the idea of triple-glazing, solar power, wind turbine where feasible, ground heating, but we're more to the classic Umbrian and Toscanan stone houses. Though we both agreed, that this one is a prime example of a contemporary house.... Especially for the price. Happy hunting and safe travels fir the next one pal! Beautifully done modern casa by 2 male owners ...but a female needs closets. (So remember that ,in future)😊 Nice pool.loved the fact its very secluded.. Leave the chicken coop -->>as a storage, garage, workspace... Nice steel gate...hopefully casa has a back up generator, jackery for when the power goes off...nice olive trees, for ur own personal gold oil...bellismo on the stone walls...but i think it needs ALOT of feminine touches.(sorry gentlemen)😊 Ciao enjoy ur wk-end.. I do like the modern design, but the price made me gasp. I expected maybe half a million. I'm still madly in love with the wabisabi apartment in Arezzo. I just looked up that video, and it still is not sold. I think the three flights of stairs to it might be a bit of an impediment plus the unique style. Many lovely features for a modern styled home although I am a little disappointed that with 3 bathrooms there is no no bathtub (something apparently becoming quite archaic in today's world). I'm also curious about the door at the end of the upper floor hallway (near the master bedroom) which looked to be a storage space. I'm wondering if it is sufficiently large to be used as a walk in closet or dressing room for the master bedroom? The living room space did seem quite cramped although perhaps different furniture and/or using the current dining area as an additional sitting area or TV room would alleviate that concern. Personally, I would never need a designated dining space. For a single person or couple this is definitely a space worthy of consideration.

Nick, when I think of Italy, I think fashion and beautiful clothing. Its surprising to see a modern home that doesn't have clothing closets. Why is this? Nice house, but I think the price is a bit high.
