@Dr Ahmad Alqatan Thank you very much for your presentation. One question, if I have an independent variable and a dependent variable that are individuals' scores on scales, could variable M be a characteristic of the organization they work(e.g. public or private, low or high performance)? That is, can individual scores be IV and DB, and one moderator an organizational characteristic?
