Thanks, I am able to make some space available to shrink on my D drive by following these steps but still not all of free space is available to shrink. use "fsutil usn createjournal m=0 a=0 C:" on cmd as administrator, then it must show something that ends in 0887::$DATA you go on and use "fsutil usn queryjournal C:". After all that it shows something that should end in BITMAP, he has a video about that one.

@@itarmy2778 The latest issue is that, after I disable all 3 of the pagefile, hibern and restore point and reboot, everything works fine as I can see that I am able to shrink the drive. As soon as I re-enabled the 3 files and reboot then I am back to the original issue that I cannot shrink a volume beyond the point. Its very strange? If I want to shrink the drive again I can go and disable it all but doesn't seem right to do that each time to perform a shrink drive?
