@@itGenius_haha love that! I use Trello at the moment to capture ideas like you described, but wondered what would be good to have in Asana as high level categories and what you have within them. Are they workflows or places for collaboration on tasks. Also what actual tasks / items you put in them related to the business. Basically a walk through of what structure you use for it I guess? I often move between using Google docs to create info related to the business and then wonder when I would use Asana / Trello and when I’d use a Google doc

I’ve used Asana I know Microsoft has the ability to stack multiple project timelines visually. Does Asana do that?

Absolutely! 😎 they have to understand, I’m the boss 😅 manyentrepreneurs are neurodivergent, so we try to build our services around that

Is there an app or service that you use for note taking? Something like Obsidian or Notion? You mentioned second brain, so that sounds like Obsidian, but I was wondering.

I tried Notion for a bit but settled on a personal project file in Asana… Also use it to manage my personal consulting company so my team are familiar with the system
