Dear Prads -- There is no validity for foundation level certification -- Exam is closed book. Exam will be conducted paper based and online in authorized training/exam organization like Simplilearn. Alternatively, there will be web proctored exams which can be taken from your home or office (room) with webcam ON. -- I recommend a week of preparation i.e. spending at least 2-3 hours /per day

Demand is when a Customer is asking for a service and you make it happen. Opportunity is when you can provide a service to a customer? can you elaborate on the Opportunity please?
