[IMPORTANT] If you're using the earbuds in app and have paired them with your phone first, you have to factory reset them in the app, put them back in the case, disconnect your phones bluetooth, take em out of the case and then go through the process shown in these videos of how to connect them with PC. First connect them into computer, so it recognizes it as a audio device, THEN connect them with your app and phone like you did before. If you do this process in the reverse order, you run into these kind of problems that your computer dont recognize the bluetooth earbuds as audio devices. I wasted so much time resetting my computer, updating bluetooth drivers ect that I hope this message helps someone!❤

I had to remove my Ubuntu 22.04.1 partition, change my pc boot mode from Efi to Mbr then back to EFI, Uninstall my Bluetooth drivers over and over yet this is the video I needed all along😮✅💥🎩💪

Help me. I am on Windows 11, and it says JBL FLIP 6 is connected to computer via bluetooth. Yet still only audio coming from PC speakers. The JBL speaker actually connects and you can hear the connection sound on the JBL speaker. But no further audio comes from it. This is frustrating! What to do? Please help

right-click on the speaker icon at the lower right hand corner, choose 'open sound setting'. After that choose your output device name under "choose your output device drop-down list". That's it.

Thank you so much for your video. I was going nuts with my Marshall Stanmore II speaker. It paired but it showed all the time a "no battery" notification. It worked for me using the 2nd method, that is, going to "Devices and printers" and activating everything in the "Services" tab.

Mate! Been chewing the edge of my monitor for weeks trying to get by JBL headset to connect (it suddenly decided not to after a year of trouble free operation). Method 2 worked for me.
