if u keep your guitar tuned even after not playing it for a long time affects its curvature. minute changes lead to major variations. this leads to increasing of the gap between the fretboard and strings. it obviously wont sound the same after that. changing strings wont make a huge difference except if u havent changed them at all

Bss prso hi ukhad gya tha mere guitar ka bridge because I don't have a habit of detuning the strings after playing it. ####Always tune your guitar to a whole or half step down after you are done playing it.### Cheers

Its not about the strings or the quality of the guitar, most prolly fretboard mein bend aa gaya hai (When u dont loosen the strings while the guitar is not in use, the fretboard bends) Not such a big deal, u take it to a guitar shup and they have something called an alen key to fix this

Change strings and decrease action. Can do both ourselves by going through tutorials on KZbin. Clean the guitar with a normal surface cleaning solution once a week. Pack the guitar after use, don't leave it open all the time. After you're done with playing it, detune it a little (loosen the tuning pegs by 1/2 turns). Tune it again using a guitar tuna app whenever you want to play again. Always protect eyes while tuning and go slow and upward. Never over-tune and then bring it down. Get good quality picks.

Tip for Guitar: Try using D'Addrio XL Acoustic Strings.. they are hell better than the stock and the normal ones And still if the Sound isn't much loud then it might be a Guitar Problem... changing the Guitar Action using the Allen Key might help Or just get e decent Guitar of Kepma or Taylor....they are hell good. And u play Fingerstyle really good so your playing does deserve a Premium Guitar ❤️

Try to adjust the truss rod to lower the action. Try to use lower gauge strings for softer touch and tone. And place the guitar facing the front side to the wall if you are not playing it to avoid the action problem.

Try phosphor bronze strings on your guitar bro, they are the loudest on a acoustic and you'll have better results, I've tried it personally.

If the action of your guitar is high you can adjust it using a Allen key if your guitar has a truss rod and for bright tone try higher gauge string (.011-.052) it will definitely help you and also buy good quality strings like D' Addario , ernie ball or elixir

What makes guitars sound different from each other is the shape and size of the body, the wood used to make it, and the strings. While changing the strings might offer you a slightly more vibrant sound, it won't make it sound a whole lot different as it majorly depends on the first two factors. Also, do get it checked at a store to reduce the action, otherwise, it'll keep worsening.

Use d-addrio strings those are bit expensive but really great for guitars..Action down lar sakte ho allen key se upar wala jo freet board pe chota hole rehta hain usme allen key dal ke tight karo action down ho jaye..Make sure you dont bring it too down otherwise it will make noise.Hope this will improve the sound quality

To put it simply, an expensive guitar will sound more fuller and more brighter than a cheaper one because of the material used and the overall build of the guitar hence making it expensive. But honestly an instrument in itself is at the same par it being cheaper or not expensive, being older or newer. It will help you make the same type of progress and help you produce the same kinda music. It’s not about the gear, it’s about the musician. But to make this comment a little more compelling , when was the last time you changed you strings? Try changing your strings and use a gauge that you find comfortable. The action of your guitar might have changed because of the weather, the guitar being tuned and not played for a long time, or the overall build of the guitar. There are several ways to fix that you can just google it or check out some KZbin video to do so. Sorry for this long ass comment but I just wanted to put it out there. Keep vibing 💪🏻

Bro if haven't changed your strings from so long you should definitely change them and always play in standard tuning. Also when it becomes rusty that means you've to change in every 5 to 6 months. My recommendation for strings set is Daddario bronze go for it it's just amazing:)

Guitar dhabahuva sound hata hi bcz of while v hold chords swet releases, u may found black on sides or below the strings, so, that i have kept separately tooth brush to clean fret board, I gets nice bright sound, and I oftenly do like take a cloth keep in the centre of fretboard and strings and wipe it u get 100% good sound. After playing guitar cover it from cloth r better keep it in its bag bcz dust sits on that I usually do this I don't find any numb sound & dust on my guitar. 🤝

If the guitar seems to sound "damp" ( daba hua) jaise freely nahi nikal pa rha sound. Try a low gauge strings. Something around .9 I suggest getting d'addario strings. They're like better for enrichment of sound quality for mid range guitars. Low gauge strings don't give damp (daba hua) sound. BTW. ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR FRETS TO DOWN TUNE AND USE CAPO. GET DIFFERENT GAUGE STRINGS. if you're still confused look up guitar strings gauges on KZbin. You'll get it. 👍 And if you think your fretboard is bending (There's gap between strings and the frets) look up adjusting truss rod. One video on KZbin will be enough to understand and fix it yourself. Lmao.

Bhaiya if the action of the guitar is a bit high then that’s only the cause of that dabi hui sound as you said it was sounding ok with capo on the first fret as it reduces the action by its pressure . So what you can do is from a near by music shop you can get the action adjusted or watch KZbin videos for the same and do it yourself it will just require an Allen key
