Another TD42 overfuelling (silver ute),just a light touch on the throttle and it soots up, and they wonder why they overheat, soot might look "cool" but its a ticking timebomb, i own a healthy TD42, no soot, 600nm, 180kw, Todays kids have no mechanical sympathy (old guy rolls eyes) and no idea. I travel ngkala quite often, never been stuck there, ever, tyre pressure? 14psi
@Michael4670123 жыл бұрын
The whole revving, clutch dumping and pumping the throttle. If the whole point is to spin the wheels and do a burnout on sand, take it out of low range. The Patrol at 14:00 shows a perfect example of the exact same vehicle. He went smooth in reverse and it put him on top of the sand. Then he goes forward and he revs and pumps and digs himself in as he struggles due to too much wheel spin with no momentum.

Asking a bit much for this crowd to realize wheel spin is the enemy. He's gunna cook his motor with the cowboy tune he's got to.

im in the market for my first 4by and realised i can afford an 80-100 series, though ill probably not be smashing around tracks too hard with my "new" car right off the bat, and really want a 75 series but a wagon would work way better for who ill be taking/where (dogs and a couple passangers mostly just camping within a 100 ks at beaches and shit, one big trip up north) but fuck the simple 2h's and 1hzs sound so much nicer in terms of shit that can go wrong and i dont think i really care about power, i dont flog my commie if thats any indicator. i dont know what im asking but ive looked at gumtree and facebook marketplace for too long, i needa start firming up what im looking for, and how many K's are too many because holy shit there are som 450+kms out there
