That’s a great looking unit. Spoke to my dealer up here in Canada this afternoon and my 2022 1172 has finally arrived and we will probably pick it up early next week. Ours is the Grayson interior and pretty much the same options as that one. Won’t get much of chance to use it with winter around the corner. But it’s been a year since we ordered it. I see you got a hair cut.😂👍🇨🇦

Great video, Brad! We thoroughly enjoy our 2021 Lance 1172. I’m a big guy at 6’07” and I can stand up straight inside. And the shower as well due to the dome skylight. That couch makes all the difference in the world when your cooped up inside due to bad weather. Having a place to sit in comfort and relax while you watch TV is so much better than sitting in the dinette booth. My wife and I are having a blast with our Lance.

Absolutely beautiful. I can't help but wonder how many nights in a nice cabin I could get for $94k and not have all the maintenance.
@itsbrad2 жыл бұрын
At an average of $250 a night that’d be 376 nights. And at the end of the 376 nights your out $94k, where as with a Lance Truck Camper when your done, you resell and get most of your money back. It will never cost you the price tag unless you keep it and die with it
@dlsmith19612 жыл бұрын
@@itsbrad You're right....but figuring in the price of the truck to haul this this, which will run in the neighborhood of $80k, I would have roughly $175k in something that loses value every day I own it whereas I can buy a nice cabin by the lake for that money and it will increase in value every day I own it. Of course with the truck & camper, I can visit many different places. Kinda irrelevant though. Someone will buy that camper soon and be very happy with it.
@hardworkingamerican88472 жыл бұрын

I’ll be the 3rd or 4th owner after the depreciation has brought it’s price down to a somewhat reasonable level. I’ll never be the “On Golden Pond” kind of person because I like seeing new places, new vistas. But from my familiar window is the attraction for me. Same w/the Truck. I’ll be the 3rd or 4th owner if prices don’t come back down out of the stratosphere. My current truck @ 18 yrs. old & 270,000 miles isn’t going to last forever. But it’s also not going to have the payload to haul a 5,000# monster Camper. My current 30’ trailer weighs less than that (Argosy at 4,050# dry).
@tjme2 жыл бұрын
Love the Lapis interior. The roominess of this, and all of the high end features explain the price tag..you get what you pay for. These are awesome for boondock camping and going places a towable 5th wheel or travel trailer can't go. Giddyup!

That price!! Man have they got the feedbag on!! I’d only be interested in a pkg. w/a 1 Ton Dodge because my 1500 won’t haul that monster. I’d also be more interested if they brought their 3 slide 1172 back out. That thing was something else! Left to my own devices I’ll end up in the used market.

just under $100k is insane. it's not worth the price as they very quickly lose value and deteriorate may just as quick. I know I lived in one for 3 years. IT'S NOT WORTH THE PRICE. now with that being said. if you have the cash this camper is a jewel for full-time living. I am considering this for full-time living. but as a part-time camper, it is way too expensive. I also like the sheep camps of which Host makes a very nice one. it is just as nice as this truck camper, and for several thousand less.
