Hi Heather, Really great video. I am learning so much from you. My only comment is that it wasn't always clear what program you were working in. After you build your Printify listing, is that automatically transferring to Etsy after you publish? My apologies, I am new to this and trying to understand which system is controlling the listing and I'm not understanding that relationship. Thank you for all you do to help the newbies. Carolyn

Double sided mugs and cups are good because some folks are left handed. That way you cover both right & left handed folks. Would love to see photocards video.

Will I need to amend the mockups at every different size, or variant of a product and safe it directly for each variant like on sweaters and phone tough cases. I heard that we have to state if we use any AI tool with our POD listings and I'm worried because I use chat GPT and Kittl's AI sometimes. Thank you x

Funnest! Where do you bring your design download in from? Canva? if you were using, say, a mug or t shirt, how do you introduce a mockup you've purchased or created to lay your design onto, and is a specific order required?

Hi Heather, I've been watching your videos, and thank you for your guidance! Do you have any suggestions for if Printify shows a 2-3 week delivery time on a regular 11oz white mug? This includes a 4-6 day production window from District Photo and up to a 2 week shipping time, but it seems unnecessarily long.

I’m a little confused about creating my listing in printify, and then going to Etsy to change at all. but if I have to change some thing in printify the changes made an Etsy get reset😅 thank you!

Heather, I've seen the video, but can I ask you do you have to first buy these mugs yourself with your own print, from Printify in order to sell them on Etsy ? so let's say you buy 1000 mugs and have to pay for them? or is there no money involved unless they're actually being sold ?

I did the 'hide in store' on some recent listings and noticed that after I had completed the listing in etsy and published, back in Printify, those listings had a status of "hidden". Did this happen to you? Should we then change it to Published?

N00b here....I'm completely lost....I configured shipping in printify as shown, but my listing in etsy wants to charge $40 for shipping...for a t-shirt?!? I'm not understanding what I'm doing wrong. I created my etsy store, added a listing. Created my printify account/store, created same listing. Linked etsy to printify. What am i missing?

Please I have a question when I am putting some custom items. But I feel like it is a waste to add each custom design in printify then edit them on Etsy. İs it possible to just duplicate one listing with the product SkU in Etsy and add just the new design images. Then when the customer order I will go to printify and create with the client custom design and send to productions? Will it work if I put the same SKU on 10 different listings?

Was there a reason why you only used the one comma after the main part of your title (Hedgehog Mother Coffee Mugs for Birthday 11oz Ceramic,…) and not throughout the rest of your title descriptors? I absolutely LOVE your tutorials and would likely be lost without them, so I really hope my question doesn’t come across as trolling, lol. Review card video! Ty Heather great video and info! and any info fast ways you make shop policy, reviews, size charts etc for the photo area that are quick…templates? And I may be the only one that doesn’t understand the QR code for email list with everbee…I thought we weren’t allowed to create email marketing outside Etsy for our own personal use to eventually try for Shopify or other shops and websites. And maybe this is just a landing page for customer info for Etsy use only. I’m sure this is probably me not fully understanding. I just want clarification since Etsy bots are so fast to shut down, hold or even ban a store for almost nothing at this point. Ty again Heather and anyone who reads, understands and replies!! Please help. I use AI in some of my Etsy listings for Printify and Etsy Chat Support told me to say "I made it" and list my print provider, but all the Printify videos I watch, people are putting "someone else made it" and I'm so confused and don't want to get my shop shut down for putting the wrong thing.

So I'm not really seeing anyone talking about how to write Etsy descriptions for POD items. This is my biggest hurdle for me right now. Do I keep the printify description and just add SEO?
