I have quite a few high-end foundations but when I am having a day of mostly Zoom calls, I prefer to use cheaper stuff. I discovered that using L’Oreal Lumi under Sephora Best Skin Ever literally rivals any of my higher-end stuff. It is now my every day go-to. I use the one you showed and I have a tinted pinkish one. Both work great.

I love watching their older videos from time to time. Go watch their engagement video sometime, if you haven't seen it. Jess is adorable, and she sounds about 12 years old, her voice was so much higher and thinner back then (not a bad thing, just a thing!) It's been a privilege and so fun to watch her (and Tyler) grow and mature before our eyes, get married, become parents, run successful businesses, and everything else! I just adore them -- it's a weird thing because they don't really know me, but we know them! (the parts they show online, of course). Drugstore makeup I use EVERY single day: Pixi peach corrector (for that dark area in the inner corner of eyes), No 7 Lift & Luminate Concealer, No 7 Lift & Luminate powder in light, to set the under eye, Elf Wow Brow for brows, CoverGirl Super Sizer Waterproof mascara (it's the only one that holds the curl in my lashes!).

My trick for lower lash line is that I use a clean spoolie to separate my lashes after mascara, then I use the small amount that's on the spookie to apply the lightest amount of mascara on lower lashes- and only one coat. Always the perfect, subtle amount. I think the full amount straight out of the tube is just too much and gives that Twiggy look!

Oh no girl the deep shade in the lumi glotion is amazing for a liquid bronzer. I use it in the summer to deepen my foundation. I would also say it's a dupe for the drunk elephant bronzer drops. Girl I get it. My landlord sold the house I was living in and the new owners want us out in 30 days. We luckily found a place pretty fast but it's just so over overwhelming. We weren't planning on moving anytime soon and all of a sudden having to pack up, up rooting my life that I was not planning on, on top of making this whole transition with my sick cat. on top of having to take time to get my taxes also. I have been in panic mode and all I want to do is to shut down and sleep for a month.

That mascara looks better than most mascaras you wear, full, long, not clumpy- exactly what most want in a mascara. Does it smudge though? I haven’t worn it in years, but recall absolutely loving it. When you look down, that’s when you can tell if a mascara is really good and your lashes look thick and long and gorgeous when you look down.

I'm not on Facebook (actively) to be a part of discussions like this, but I do want to mention that the Maybelline Colorsensational lipsticks, as you mentioned in your previous video, are a definite hidden gem I wish everyone knew about. I have other lipsticks and I've tried others, but it always comes back to those pigmented yet thin and moisturizing lipsticks for me. If I didn't have others to work through, I'd buy all my favorite shades from that line.
