Here in Metro Manila Classes are suspended until April 15. Govt work are too. No one can travel via land and sea to go inside of the metro. I was crying because Im thinking about my husband and mom who still needs to go to work to earn money for the family. It's just really sad that this virus could easily spread. In Romania all schools are closed too until the end of the month and I honestly think it will go longer than that. Although a doctor here said that children are the safest from this virus as in they don't get sick, they can still get it and be a carrier and make their families sick. We have a pregnant woman with the virus and she is doing fine, only mild flu like symptoms, and the baby is fine, it doesn't transmit. That's what we know here in Romania so far. 59 confirmed cases here as of now. 6 healed , no death.

For some families that means finding alternative care for their children or risk losing a chunk of paycheck. For some families, it means budgeting extra meals for children that might rely on school breakfast and lunch programs. Tough times ahead, but we’ll all be ok 😘🌈

Home educating our 3 kids has been a blessing. My oldest is going in to 8th grade... he was the only kid that experienced public school for 6 mos in kindergarten 😅. All the crazy school shootings, weather closures, teacher strikes, and now pandemic panic hasn’t affected our family at all. The schedule flexibility and family time are big bonuses on top of all that. Not gonna lie.. it’s a commitment both on mom’s time and family finance if you go down this route... no matter how easy people tell you it is. But all worth it from my experience. 😁
