I was sick a few weeks ago, no fever just a ridiculous amount of congestion. I lost my sense of smell for like 2 days, then it came back. If you’re congested, it definitely hinders your sense of smell which directly impairs your taste. Don’t worry, it’s just the congestion!

We've had covid August of last year. Loss of smell and taste are some of the symptoms. When you lose taste.. not literally not tasting anything but you just taste sweet, salty or like the food lacks seasoning... you can confirm when you spray cologne on your wrist and it smells nothing. Be careful with chemicals, we had that problem. Since we were not smelling Lysol, we sometimes overdo it thinking we're not putting enough because we couldnt smell it...

Hi Judy I don’t know if you can take it because your pregnant but when I was congested I took kids version of Benadryl Cherry favor every 6-8 Hours plus Tylenol when I had bad body aches. Drank ton chicken broth with Gatorade to stay hydrated. Drank orange juice twice a day
