at 7:51m if you 'are saying "don't move further until contact replies" then how is it that you're able to create another item under that that says "did they reply or not?" because it shouldn't even be looking at that new item since it's lower on the chain and they didn't reply yet right?

if they didn't reply to the second message within 5 hours it triggers the if/else condition

Yes you can create one after the appointment! This video and my other videos cover setting up GHL If you use a snapshot it will automatically load!

@@ItsKeaton he means that when he is setting up the condition, instead of having 2 options (Yes&No) like you have in your video, he has an option that says "Yes" and an option that says "none" and he cant edit and continue the workflow with the second option (none) i have the same problem and i just cant figure it out what i do wrong...

I was trying to add this but when I get to the "select a step" "Reply to". All I have in there is "Thank you for responding". Where do I set that up?
