How much did your hair shed even with care? Because it seems like every time I get a sew in it seems like a superfluous amount of hair comes out

Amanda Duplessis a LOT girl. It’s normal though. We all lose 50-100 strands of hair per day (based on styling) and even if we’re not combing it out daily, our hair strands still go through a phase of detaching from the follicle periodically. So after weeks or months of The hair being tucked away, when it comes time to comb it all out, it is very normal to experience a lot of shedding. What is not normal is if you lose that much hair every wash day even when it’s not in a weave.
