This is so sad! Standard poodles are such an intelligent breed! They generally have amazing personalities. When I was in a therapeutic halfway house, one of the therapists was losing her eyesight. She had a service dog. She was also a therapy dog for the residents. She was majestic. Absolutely beautiful, and excellent at calming down distressed people. We loved and spoiled her. I can’t imagine mistreating an animal!

my dog was also very much neglected and abused when I got her...now she is the star in my home, spoiled loved kissed :D she forgot her previous owner, now instead of having another owner she has a friend and a family member (me ;) )

I don’t know why people do this if you don’t want the dogs don’t get the dogs!!! But to mistreat them is terrible and cruel... I couldn’t even tell they were dogs! People make me sick!
