Tomy had the rights to release the trackmaster figures in the UK at the same time Hit Toys were releasing them in the US, and Tomy re-released oliver around that time (with no changes, it's still Tomy oliver) so if u mean that then ig it counts

Probably not sadly, it’s quite abit smaller so you’d probably be better off going the print route since they can be scaled up? Hornby fits old Trackmaster pretty decently if that’s any help homie :)
