Dear mami, a recipe my grandma used to make in ghee with other herbs and spices for cold.chittirai, sonti, jaggery etc. I do not remember all ingredients. Namaskaramu for this recipe. Thanks to chef. Menthya is for cooling the body heat. I learnt this from you. I have acid reflux and swelling, ulcers in throat and food pipe. In ayurveda, with dhania, hima paneeyam is made. Dhania is soaked in water overnite( may be boiled and cooled, to avoid infections) and taken in the morning. (I learnt from ayurveda website. Dr jv hebbar.) I do not know, whether you know this. Indha video recipe ki, thanx. 🤝

The amounts are all measured in teaspoon, but I see Amm is using handfuls of the ingredients . Using 4 Tsp (teaspoon) appears like 4 Tablespoons.
