My problem with something you’ve said regarding Lady Zamar is that a man can be acquitted of a rape charge but they are still labeled a rapist for the rest of their lives. Bafana knew that which is why he decided it would be better to end himself. Even if you win the case and it’s proven beyond a reasonable doubt that you did not commit the disgusting act of rape, you will be labeled a rapist. It’s important that we make an example out of the women who falsely accuse men of this disgusting act so that the people who think it’s a good idea to weaponize sex and use it to extort men that you will not succeed. Now I’m not saying this is the case with Nota but women who do this need to be shamed and face the same consequences as us men will have too if the opposite was true. Thats just my 2 cents about this matter.

False allegations have very dire consequences. There was a story on Cutting Edge of a guy from the Eastern Cape who was falsely accused of rape. Poor guy was convicted and did the time. When he came out, he became a serial rapist due to anger. Then he was arrested for things he actually did as a result of the first experience.
