Hi Carlos, thank you for sharing this video but did you experienced transform GoDaddy to MS365 directly without using any tools and how was it? Because Microsoft /CSP is not recommended except Bittitan is so confusing!

Yes, I have transferred the MS 365 tenant from GoDaddy to Microsoft directly and also to other CSP for different clients. If you don't feel comfortable transferring to another CSP, you can transfer it directly to MS. I do recommend it with no hesitation. Thank you!

Does the users need to change their passwords after the migration? And does this migrate their one drive data as well when new license is attached?

On the recent cases that I have worked, only the admin password is reset by GoDaddy. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing this helpful info. Wanted to ask if this is relatively "hitless" during the transition? We have several emails associated/integrated with notifications (& CS etc) on a busy ecommerce site and want to minimize any impact. Can you advise if there are considerations with these type of platform integrations (in our case shopify)? Much appreciated.

@@itwithcarlos So, forgive my ignorance but I'd like to ask a question further. If this is a billable issue, please don't let me waste your time. But if it is a question that can be answered quickly and easily: is it such that I can take the Microsoft Office email account and its aliases that I have in my GoDaddy account and then add them to an existing private Microsoft account that I already have? I currently have 1. a Microsoft private account that has all of the Office software + OneDrive + Skype but I am not using email with it, and 2. a GoDaddy email account with NO Office software + OneDrive + Skype. So is it possible to put these things inside one account (outside of GoDaddy)? If this is something that can not be answered quickly in this KZbin space here, sorry for bothering you. The videos on your channel are excellent free resources an highly appreciated. But I understand if this question comes more under your paid services i.e my query is not easily dealt with here. Si la cuenta (no Google Workspace) es gratuita entonces tendrias que configurarla en Outlook de escritorio por ejemplo y crear un respaldo en un archivo PST. Luego puedes configurar la cuenta de Outlook (gratuita) en la aplicacion de Outlook en el PC y luego importar los datos del PST.

I have, but you need to check with GoDaddy if you will get a refund. I suggest to wait until the month before the renewal of your subscription if your concern is about the refund. Thank you.
