Years ago, on their reality show, JoJo had expressed that he always felt overshadowed by the attention that K-Ci would get for his singing. K-Ci has that rich, down south, grits with cheese and butter voice but JoJo's voice was just as vital to the sound of the group. If you listen to most, if not all, of Jodeci's hits, JoJo's voice is evident in all of them, especially in the hooks. From " Feenin' " to " Cry 4 U " and many others, you can't help but hear JoJo's crisp tenor, nearly falsetto, voice.

Jodeci is one of the favorites.....I read someone mentioned that JoJo said he felt overshadowed by the the attention KiCi was getting....I could see why he felt that way. Not only did KiCi have that ol soul sound, but he had the stage presence of showman...a bad boy of RnB if you will....It was easy to miss that JoJo could hold his own with anyone. The epitome to KiCi's old soul sound couldn't be seen more than when he did "If you think you're lonely now", by Bobby Womack. Man...Imma go listen to it right now....lol....great review young lady
