Pairing a sword with Witherhord and dipping your feet in the pool while blocking is also a great way to deal with enemies, while indirectly making WH benefit from your armor exotic. It’s easy to think it only boosts swordplay, but a huge benefit is steering enemies into beneficial positions. Great vid as always.

Also: consider a Solar sword. Less dmg, more synergy. It has its uses

Yep i still have a very big skill gap in learning what certain buffs work, especially with what subclass offers. But i run a hunter and i did change my spear to Gathering storm, and save it for the tankier npc and its great, because im not getting up and close because often i died that way. Loving the build showcases, I've started to write alot down because my memory isn't great, so wrote the Gathering storm down, and when i got on changed to it. And helped my gaming experience massively. Thankyou for all the advice, and some in chat who when i make a mistake some correct me in a respectful way. I'm 53 not a child lol. But relatively new to gaming altogether, but that's a me issue lol. I'm slowly learning in game and threw your video's. Just a shame i can't play as much as would like. Living alone means you have alot of irl stuff to do.

Been maining this on my titan since the Stronghold rework. I went with the cowboy hat, starfarer's plate, illicit collector greaves, and the mark of Nohr for a cowboy aesthetic. Add grapple grenades for extra Yeehaw action.

Great video. As you mentioned, Lament is a good option especially if you don't raid. Also I use Epochral Integration, another none raid weapon.

Thanks Tizzle, great video! I'm hoping this it plays well with Throne-Cleaver too. Couple of things though: - the Data Compendium images were a bit too transparent and stretched out. Made it a little hard to read 😅 - I believe Heavy Ammo Scout doesn't do anything unless you also equip Heavy Ammo Finder

I absolutely love the strongholds titan builds! I'm glad to see them get a little more recognition. I like to run it with Lament, Zaolis, and a riptide to have all champs covered.

You can block with any amount of sword energy with Lament FYI I stopped playing with my stronghold build because it makes the game too easy. It now sits behind a big "in case of emergency" pane of glass

Awesome vid. Been running a very similar vid, and your vid did give me some mod adjustments that made sense. That being said, I will say if you barely use your towering barricade, you may want to consider running the smaller one with the lower CD instead, so you can proc those mods more. Good stuff!

I got a buddy that mains stasis/stronghold titan and that amount of agro he pulls is crazy. And never dies.

Ah, good ol Strongholds. We had one person use this on Day 1 contest mode against Crota, to draw his aggro the whole time, while everyone else handled the adds and mechanic. Yeah, invincible indeed lol

Highly recommend pairing it with Dragoncult sickle. I have one with assassin's blade and chain reaction and another with whirlwhind and attrition orbs. The add clear one keeps you from running out of ammo and running 2 surge mods and one scavenger. Plus you get a ranged attack for shriekers and a nice bit of burst damage.

I often keep banner of war going by doing finishers on enemies my team gets weak. There is a mod on your class item that gives you protection while you do a finisher. Since you're running Bequest it would be great to pair with indebted kindness so the both benefit from arc mods(I usually do 2 reserve mods since 3 defensive mods is redundant). You can totally do dual special and use a one two punch shotgun since a) you need to kill things quickly, and b) you don't shoot as much due to tanking damage.

I’ve been running this with buried bloodline. You really feel invincible when you have devour, banner of war, restoration x2, and woven mail rolling

Try a slammer with Coldsteel. You will be able to slow and freeze enemies and you can take advantage of hail the storm from the artifact mods. The slow will also allow you to deal with overloads.

something I learned early is the window to block again after throwing shackle nade is MUCH longer than youd think. try to only use it if you know you're only current threat will be suspended! Dont be like me dead in a totally unrezzable spot due to getting greedy!

I'm going to check your latest, wondering if there's a prismatic update to this, especially with all the sword perks in the artifact! Nice build, need something undestructable for Excision. Beat it, but spent half the time in the penalty box. :(

Since this build strongly depends on heavy its better to use 2 heavy ammo finders to get more sword ammo per bric along with scavenger .

Sure but not in onslaught. Tons of crates. I run lots of double special even and am never low on ammo

This is the build That makes you titan of titans . I Love Strong hold x Lament combination makes your damage out put good too but yes tracking issue 😕 is terrible but Lament is love 👄.....have 67k kills with it rn lol in 3 seasons Drip cries in silence tho

The Sworbreaker set looks nice with it for drip purposes. I just need Bungie to make one cape for Titans so I can look like Berserker armor guts.

Tizzle, you make amazing videos, but I'm lazy. Where dim link? I've been enjoying helm of saint-14 and witherhoard in onslaught. Pop bubble, shoot a wither hoard shot at my feet, and run away as everything runs in, gets blinded, and dies, allowing me to focus more on some other area

Lament is def the goat. Crown-splitter and thrown-clever are alright too. and stasis is just as good as strand with stronghold

Have the same build but i got my old falling guillotine with energy transfer whirlwind blade. Use bubble titan with bastion aspect. U can literally spam overshield. The more damage u get the faster u can spam. Its very defensive build though😅

I noticed that too. If you are holding block when you swap it doesn't block. You need the sword out and then hit block. It is very annoying. A small nuance thing but you will get used to it when you know what causes it

@@itztizzle And when you attack with the sword. Forces you to keep blocking when there is too much incoming fire to survive the subsequent delay. Still nice to be able to actually Tank. Roll on healing autorifles.
