The best way i have found to find the right pronunciation of names is from variety shows and how they themselves pronounce them

6:10 her name isn't hard to pronounce... 이 is an 'E' sound so essentially the 'L' is silent, so it's pronounced E - So. Romanization of Hangul can be weird sometimes ... Jisun from Fromis9 is another one. Her surname is romanized as Roh but it's pronounced as Noh (hence her "Noh Jisun, No Mercy" pun). If you haven't already take the time to learn Hangul/Korean Alphabet. It's actually extremely easy to learn.

@KpopPrince well that definitely makes more sense lol. Never seen anyone have too much issue with Leeseo. But still, to my original point, Gaeul isn't that hard either. Us English speakers aren't going to get it 100% right with no knowledge of hangul, but phonetically it's not too hard to get close. In Hangul each arrangement of consonants/vowels is essentially 1 syllable so Ga - Eul. Ga (가) is Gah but almost with a hard K sound. Eul (을) is ool, like wool. That's a very simplified explanation English speaker to English speaker lol. Again I highly recommend hangul lessons if you haven't already, it's very helpful with stuff like this and can get a basic understanding within a week. Dont have this issue with you, but other reactors drive me insane with their bad pronunciations and never take the time to correct themselves even with comment section correcting them lol.

@ggoomMIXX yeh fair in hindsight, but he spent a good minute on Leeseo for his mini-rant lol. But to his credit, I also wouldn't have assumed he mistook one of the members here either.
