It's a tiger shadow. The part where Yujin comes out and does her quick body roll. It's was the choreo part that she wanted because she wanted to do like how a tiger would.

6:50 While the team for Eleven mv also worked on this mv as far as I know, the main motifs for this mv is very very Korean haha... There's the elaborate knotting that is all over the set and the members' accessories, which are norigae, a decorative accessory mainly worn by women. The clouds and scenery are in the style of a lot of East Asian decorative art. There's a lot more references to and adaptations of Korean traditional art all over the mv!

Oh, and there's a lot of tigers that appear in the mv, and they also reference tigers in the song! They appear a lot in Korean traditional stories. There's also a story with tigers, sun and moon that I'm reminded of. Yujin was holding a very pretty pipe near the beginning, because a Korean expression for "once upon a time" or "a long long time ago" is "when tigers used to smoke" for some reason haha. Our tiger Yujin is holding a pipe to smoke I guess

5:45 the pipe Yujin is holidng is 'Gombangdae', which was a tool to smoke chopped tabacco leaves like a cigarette in old time of Korea. It was kind of used as a luxury to the rich in that time showing their position or some gorgeous fashion. (Of course someone in a low status also had Gombangdae, but not that luxurious one.) I really enjoyed your video! Already hit the subscribe button!!

The main concept is from Korean traditional fairytale, . It's a story about children who go up to the sky to escape a tiger and becomes the sun and the moon. story: A poor brother and sister are waiting for their single mother, who is a rice cake vendor. But a hungry tiger comes after the mother, saying, "If you give me one rice cake, I won't eat you," and eats all the rice cakes, and after that, eats the mother. Still unsatified, the tiger approaches the brother and sister by pretending to be their mother. The brother and sister use their wit to check the tiger's hand through the door (the window of an old Korean house is made of paper) and run away secretly, but they are soon caught and tracked down by the tiger. Caught on the roof, the two children pray eagerly, and the God gives the children a new wire to make them the sun and the moon, and gives the tiger a rotten wire to make it fall and die. So that's the "happy ending" in this fairytale. But in the MV, ive members ARE the tigers who loved the sun(maybe.. us?). They are constantly described as tigers, and thet don't want happy ending of this fairytale. They want to swallow the sun(us...) and be with us through the eternity...🥰

I think MV directors can justify putting in all of those cool details because they know fans will be re-watching the MV over and over lol. I didn't know what to think of the song on my first listen, but I love it after the second one!

뮤직 비디오 컨셉이 아마 한국의 전통 전래 동화를 모티브로 해서 그런 거 같아요.. 옛날 한국에는 호랑이가 많이 살고 있어서 전래 동화에는 호랑이와 해가 자주 등장하고 항상 시작은 옛날 옛적에 호랑이 담배 피는 시절에...로 시작 된답니다.. 노래 시작할 때 유진이 담배 파이프를 들고 있고 레이가 랩을 시작할 때 담배 연기 같은 게 보이시죠?? 중간중간 호랑이 모습으로 표현된 멤버들도 보이고 노래 제목도 그렇구요.. 저희 할머니도 어렸을 때 이렇게 시작되는 이야기를 많이 해주셨어요.. 옛날 이야기 해주시면서 울거나 말 안 들면 호랑이가 잡아간다고..^^;;
