Thank you for review Dough. One thing that most important others reviewers dont discuss is magnetism of the movement. Of course anti magnetism depends on how you gonna use the watch but knew exactly capacity of your movement also very important.

I’m hoping future iterations involve a silicon hairspring. So many magnets that are in our everyday life, there should be no vulnerability.

I have this exact watch; and it's really nice. The dial is super legible (despite the chronograph). And the bracelet is one of the best in the business! I also love the sunburst blue dial. Thanks for posting the review.

Does the bracelet taper at all?

It seems to me that IWC put a lot of efforts to improve the bracelet, buckle, & box (accessories), which I appreciate a lot! As for the watch head, I'm not much into chronographs to start with, as it's not a feature I use often, and having the three subdials tends to make the dial look busy & less legible. Digital chronographs would be more practical, IMO. If I have to have an analogue chronograph, I would prefer to have the subdials at 3, 6, & 9 o'clock positions (more symmetrical) and no date.

They should have lumed the numerals and all the hour markers. I actually use my watches at night. There is too much space between the 3,6,9,12 to quickly see where the hands line up. It looks like they tried to class up the watch with this lume pattern, but I want my watches to be utilitarian.

I agree on the Lume. Surprises me that they didn’t. Looks great on the new Zenith Pilots.

I really, really like this watch but the lume pattern definitely makes it a no go for me.
