超市现成的咸蛋黄都是人工做的,不是真正的咸蛋黄,没有蛋黄味道的。我已经买过包粽子和月饼🥮,口感也不对,建议不要用那种。

老师您好,我刚做了还不错,但是有点咸😂但是我不想减少咸蛋,请问您用什么牌子的mayo呢?我觉得我的mayo sodium很高所以很咸~~ 还有不懂是不是我烤的温度比较高,底部焦了一点,皮没有入口即化,反而是有点脆😂

@followtsy ladies choice mayo. 每个烤箱火力不同哦。要自行拿捏,如果烤箱有风扇又无法关就是convection oven就需要降低10-15C来烤,不然很快黑哦
