I've been working in Banking & Financial domain for past 14yrs.my current role is Senior test lead .I have completed SAFe scrum master,Agilist and practitioner certifications. After seeing your several videos now I need to shift to Scrum Master or product owner roles. I tried in my current company there are no roles available right now.If I am shifting my career to another company which role can I choose and which will have future and suit me.pls advise sir.

Difficult question since it depend on skills , interest and opportunity. Usually it is easy to get opportunity in current company when you demonstrate the skills and interest needed for new role. Skill development is something in your hand, so make a list of skills needed for future role and start working on them.

Questions were ok, but she wasn't engaged, he asked No followup questions, No clarifying questions, his answers were long winded and it was a One sided interview. This was horrible

03:36 the answer to this question is wrong. She asked about a live situation where customer is demanding , and your answer is about a process which is done in pre planning phase. You haven't concluded that did you agree to the stakeholders or not ?

In my view, I do not know till I learn about it, it can be some assumptions that were made and now we know that assumptions are wrong. So definitely we do not claim our answer is right, it is a view. Please do share your view so people can also read that when they see this video.

The line of questions is excellent yet the answers were rather blah-blah-blah most of the time. Make sure in your next such video, to have a real world case study with actuals, theoretical vocabulary doesn't fly very far in delivering value.
