Selfharmerproblems a été démarré en Suisse par Malika. Elle a été concernée par l'automutilation et vécu le manque de soutien et d'information autour du sujet ainsi que l'isolement dans lequel se retrouvent les personnes concernées.
Pour changer cela, le but de Selfharmerproblems est de fournir de l'information de qualité et du soutien par les pairs aux personnes concernées par l'automutilation - ainsi qu'à leurs proches et aux professionnels les encadrant - en Suisse et dans le reste du monde.

For those that don't speak french, basically there is going to be a support group set up over zoom every friday starting seventh january at 6. It is being done over zoom so that more people are able to benefit from it. Also it is aimed at french-speaking countries or anyone that can speak fluent french hence why the video is in french. (I don't speak French, I just put English subtitles on but hope this helps) :)

I have been watching your videos in English for a while to help understand more about self harm and to help stay clean but I am also studying french and listening to natural fluent speech is good practice ...so basically this helped in more than one way lmao.
