i disagree. wale didnt know his audience. he wanted to be mainstream pop/hip-hop/go-go dance, and it all didnt come together like he hoped. so no major group of listeners took hold to his album. j.cole on the other hand is pure hip-hop. he knows it, his fans know it, and it will work. if he can get a good single or two, seriously look out. not saying it's a lock for success but he's got the ability to do damage on the game of hip hop. he's the real deal. j. cole. no lie. hahaha.
