Try frying some sliced red onion, 2 sausages cut into rings until golden brown. Then add 1 can of baked beans, a little chilli sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and water. Some like a few fresh red chilli in it too. Nice with toasted bread n rice too.

The name is sayor manis n not money. Why sweet. Try n crushed the leaves, sweet taste will appear when the fibres are broken. Usually used in Pan Mee stock.
