This is an excellent video, beautifully played and filmed. It reminds me of my annual visits to the Bachfest Leipzig in June. Using an Apple TV I am able to project the video through my hi fi system and the sound quality is very good.

I think Ullrich unterpretation is one of the best. I prefer it to Walcha performance, because (only for my fillings) when there is a tradeoff between accuracy/continence and emotionality he chose the first. And he can highlight the dominant voice in the most strength movements.

To be a real “Bach organ” this instrument lacks of “Terzhaltige mixturen” in the proper Thuringian style, as for the Stertzing’s works, as for the proper Johann Christoph Bach’s original stop list.
