...both Jean-Baptiste and Olivier Latry are extraordinary organists, my favourites for sure. I heard a recording of Jean play Bach's Toccata, Adagio & Fugue in C maj uploaded on KZbin about 10 years ago. It changed my direction from piano to organ. Thank you KZbin and Jean-Baptiste, we are all so lucky!

Magnificent! The best Passacaglia online so far! I just wish the "spacemen" of the sort of Carpenter, Varnus and a German guy (Heintz or something like that) all actually went to outer space instead of littering this great music with ridiculous registrations. J S Bach reportedly said that his art of organ playing was fairly simple : "the right note at the right time". Well, nowadays he would have added :" with the right stops out". BRAVISSIMO MAESTRO DUPONT, you are my Bach saviour!

Very interesting how the Keys that correspond to the Pedals move when the couplers are activated so that people can see what's going on more clearly. On Digital Organs it would get cooler if all the keys & pedals had light that glow when they were hit, this way when the couplers were activated people can see what's going on in Full Organ Mode (all Stops & Couplers). Here's the same Piece on a Harpsichord:kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmGUqGuDpbSerq8 played by E Power Biggs.
