I don't think Kendall is stupid. He's in way over his head yes, obviously. He's also broken; a lost soul that is damaged by his father and I think the most relatable quote in the third season is him saying he doesn't know what's wrong with him. An abusive parent can do that to a child. Actually there were multiple instances of how Logan can be abusive of his children like the mind games he played with Shiv, or how he called Roman a f*g because he brought up Connor taking him fishing. None of Logan's children are as unlikeable as people make them out to be, the writing of the characters is very human and realistic. Yes they may seem like as*holes but that's what happens when you have a monster for a parent like Logan, your moral compass is messed up and you don't know why. But out of the 3.. I mean 4, Kendall is the most human and is fighting to break from the shackles of his father the most.
