When you had the question about Dudley's presents I realized this. In both the book and the movie he threw a tantrum. Movie: Dudley: How many are there? Vernon: 36, counted them myself. Dudley: 36! But last year, last year I had 37! Petunia: We will by you another two when we're out. That makes 38 and they didn't say anything about Marge. Book: Dudley: How many are there? Vernon: 36 Dudley: But last year I had 37! Vernon: You didn't count the one from Marge. Petunia: We will by you another two when we're out. Vernon said it was 36 so I guess that he got the one from Marge later which is 37 and then he got two more from Petunia. Summery: He got 39. This means that you where right and the quiz where wrong. Y’know, I just realized how much you guys have changed my life. One and a half years ago I somehow stumbled upon mayyyybe one of your Pixar videos...? And then found your Harry Potter videos and I got HOOKED! I rewatched all the movies for the first time in a couple of years and slowly started to realize how much more info there was to the HP universe. So last summer I started to listen to the british audio books read by Stephen Fry and am now on my fourth listen. And I LOVE it all!!! Can you do an episode on whether wizards evolved from apes first, or humans. Was it the humans that became magical and some of them didn’t or did humans come from squibs. If humans came from squibs it would explain muggle born’s because maybe wizardry/magic is a gene but the gene was deactivated when it got passed down causing a squib. Then the gene was re-activated via mutation causing a muggle-born. Which would make a lot more sense then the general idea of a muggle born because getting an entire gene is a pretty big mutation for it to be common.
