天氣凍凍地,來一件焗燕麥營養早餐。 所需食材例如 #燕麥片、奶、花生醬等全都是常備早餐食材。可於週末先Meal Prep製作,然後放入雪櫃儲存約五天;早上進食時只需放入微波爐或焗爐加熱即可。我加了Simply Zero蛋白粉去製作 #高蛋白 版本,但食譜不一定需要的。 不添加蛋白質的話,可用以下食譜:
牛奶或植物奶 1杯(約240毫升)
花生醬¼杯
一隻熟香蕉(或兩個蘋果蓉)
兩杯原片燕麥
一茶匙打粉
半茶匙鹽
Toppings:
藍莓 半杯
紅莓 半杯 水果
果仁 隨意
