Well, this video was taped 5 years ago. It’s obviously outdated. You need K2 (MK7) the transport vitamin to benefit your bones and teeth. You also need boron and collagen and of course magnesium and other minerals to build up your bones. We want our bones to be more flexible not brittle. I take KoAct which combines calcium, collagen, D3, magnesium, boron and silicon into one capsule. You need to take K2 separately. Bone strength is also very important, not just bone density. Therefore exercise especially resistance training is essential. I will not get more than 500mg of calcium from supplement per day. Try to get as much calcium from foods as possible. You don’t want the calcium to end up in your arteries and organs and soft tissues. Calcium from food is safe. Hope this helps.
