Great job Jay. Looks like John got his "46th-'er slip" in for the day, not to be confused with his ADK 46'er goals. I see you got St Regis and Baker under your belt. Ampersand (rough accent) has probably the best 360 views in my opinion. Make sure you take the trailhead across from the parking location so you don't waste your time on the wrong trail. McKenzie is another rough accent. Don't be confused by the false summit. Once you think you have reached the top there is a small saddle you drop into before you finally make it. You will surely join the huff and puff club for elevation gain on these two. Best of luck and congratulations on meeting your first goal of $500. BRAVO BRAVO

We did Baker and St Regis in the same day as well but started with Baker. You guys made much better time because we did the last 2 miles of st Regis in the dark!

i have done the saranac 6er ultra and the regular 6er scarface is my least favorite but ampersand was my favorite you get to swim when done

The ultra? Animal -- congrats on that! I hear a lot of negative opinions about Scarface, so I'm interested in seeing what it's like for myself! Ampersand seems to be a big favorite, but I think I'll skip the swimming this time of year ;) Thanks for watching!

I have done the SL6er twice. Once in the Winter and Once in the Summer.. I will list my Favorite to Least Favorite. 1. McKenzie- I love steep climbing/ amazing view of Lake Placid.. this was the first time I have ever seen Lake Placid itself from mountain top! 2. Ampersand- Nice and steep trail with amazing 360° views 3. St. Regis- awesome views & fun Fire tower! 4. Scarface.. decent views. Pretty forest 5. Baker.. Short and steep decent views 6. Haystack.. good views but no climbing

Jay, we just tried the Ultra riding bikes between the summits. I just posted the video and I will definitely say McKenzie in the dark is our least favorite. Loved almost all of the rest, spoiler alert. Great job hiking for mental health!

By far Scarface Mountain was my least favorite of the Saranac 6er.. From the poorly marked trail to the view at the top.. Just my opinion 😊👍
