I’ll be honest, I bought this and so far I really enjoy it. Sure it’s not the top dog but it can be a good ambusher. I’ve been having really great success flying to about 5,000 m, right below contrail height and waiting for enemies to approach me head on within 13 km. Just stay away from the front line when it’s an uptier and pick and choose your targets carefully. Go for targets who are at altitude first the. Focus on targets closer to the ground. When in a full downtier, play more aggressively. F4S players don’t receive a launch warning and generally don’t know how to notch. Again, climb to 5,000 m and rain down hell upon them. But once you’re out of RB 99s, go home, sure you still have 2 RB 74s but you’ll be more useful if you have your 4 RB 99s in case you need to clutch a game.

Tbh, I really enjoy it. On average I get 2 to 4 kills per game. Sure, at first(the first 30 or 40 games) I was getting destroyed, but then I figured out my own playstyle and I started getting tons of kills. I do agree that $80 is a bit too steep especially for 1 jet for 1 nation. But yeah, it has been an enjoyable plane and it has helped my grind so much!

It took me about 10 games to get used to it and now I’m constantly getting 2-3 kill games. Best top tier plane I’ve flown so far

@@Jacobtheking14 Definitely. I know it is difficult to get someone to pay 80 dollars for this, but for the people that already own this, I hope they don't get discouraged by the KZbinrs that tell them it is a bad plane.

@@SoloWEll Bought the preorder for this beast. Trying to grind through Rank VI of the Swedish air tree. This thing def took some figuring out, but once I got the hang of it, it’s been a really fun aircraft to fly. I’d say the 80 bucks was worth it. :)

My bet is that it will drop by .3 in BR next BR update. The plane is good, but not great. For those who already know how top tier works, it can do well, but you're always in defensive position, you can't be too agressive with it, which is a problem in the first half of the match. On the second half you can do very well, but fuel is almost out by then, so still can't go full agressive with it because you need to refuel. Definitelly not a plane for begginers, and that's why I think it will drop, since it's heavily dependent on the team, it's not a plane that can control the combat currently in top tier, so it's very easy to die, even doing almost everything right the whole match. I still like it though, but I agree, it's a not a plane I would recomend, unless the player already is at least a top tier player. I fell like people which fly the Mig 21 and Mig 29 might have easier time learning this plane then a Phantom player like myself.

I've had spectacular games in it so far. Its a good anti bvr jet. Flying low equals death though. I tend to stay between 3k and 5k while keeping my left side toward the enemy and than catching them on their way into the fray.

JA37DI is very TERRIBLE currently. 1. NO dogfight capability (you turn you die mostly) 2. poor top speed 3. poor energy retention 4. high fuel consumption 5. narrow TWS horizontal range 6. terrible RWR (wth 4-ways on top tier??) 7. NO CAS capability 8. Missing datalink 9. Missing HUD target indicator 10. Missing RB74(M) The only good thing is Aim120a? Probably, if you play with lower tier

Definitely not the best, but a good jet to use to grind the Swede tree, especially after the nerf to the j35X. I can get an average of 3 kills a game with it. Definitely a 6.5/10

Hey Tankenstein, Have you noticed that the rewards in the end are just terrible compared to other premiums of close rank? it feels like it gives more of a tech tree rank 8 reward for research, I got a 5 kill game in air rb and got 10,000 rp roughly. In a single kill game it gets you almost 3k rp... I hope it just aint me that feels this

As the economy continues to tank in America and the holiday season is upon us with inflation continuing to kick our butts, we have to become highly selective on how we spend money. thank god the economy on my country is so bad they lowered the price by more than 50% 🙏 i live in brazil, its about 215 reais here (about 35 dollars), and with the premium time and the golden eagles makes it really worth it, just for the 30 day premium and with the golden eagles i would be paying about 170 Brazilian reais (28 dollars), so yeah, for me it was worth it

It's TRASH. I'd rather take the 35xs with all its faults than blow $80 on this overpriced pos. Gaijin has nerfed the viggens somehow. They struggle in every flight envelope other than flying in a str8 line. The rwr is atrocious, aim-9ls instead of Ms and it bleeds energy in turns to the point where even an Su-34 has a fair chance of smoking you. Hard pass. I'd rather talisman the mig-21bis
