Jabiru 3300 Gen4 Dyno testing

Brand new stock Jabiru 3300 Gen4 dyno testing for bench mark figures. 120HP as advertised.

What I find most interesting here is that this engine is still producing 69% power at 2200rpm

2600 rpm seem to be the sweet spot.

So it has a VE of about 75% at 3500 and about 85% at 2600.

Hi Tom, I noticed water temp on the screen, are the heads water cooled on that jab? Is it one of your mods?

It’s air cooled. CHT’s peaked out at 170c with the fan setup

I don't understand how 3500RPM engine can be used without reduction. The propeller would have to be very small!
