The plot for Race reminded me of Wild Things in that everyone has their own little conspiracy going on to get the money but you don't know who is planning what with whom until the end where everything finally comes out in the open. In contrast Race 2 just felt like a typical Fast and Furious type film with a lot of high pace action but no real work on the plot.
